1. Payroll Executive


  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
  • Able to work long hours as and when required
  • Able to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision and also in teams when required
  • Result oriented, resourceful and good communication skill
  • Have a positive attitude and passion for the job
  • Willing to travel to client office on assignments or any other business needs

Job responsibility:

  • Perform a full spectrum of payroll processing for multiple companies with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain the Human Resource Management System for payroll module
  • Prepare relevant payroll reports and analysis for clients
  • Able to liaise directly with statutory bodies i.e. EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, etc for updates and payments
  • Manage and handle enquiries related to payroll by clients
