Job scope:
  • Establishing relationship with candidates and determining the role and job specification that suits their qualification, experience and so on
  • Building candidates pool through different sources and strategies
  • Determining Client’s requirements by studying job description and job requirements to fit the right candidate in their organization
  • Assist in daily administrative and operations
  • Scheduling and coordinating interview sessions between Clients and candidates
  • Assist during job fairs and other recruitment activities held
Job responsibility:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in and related field
  • Prefer at least 1 year working experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and have the initiative to learn
